Introduction

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Homzmix Company. Homzmix reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently or temporarily terminate your use of the Website or Services at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you. Certain provisions shall survive during the suspension period or after termination.

Acceptable Use

As part of the Homzmix usage policy, you agree not to use the Platform, its information, services, or any part of it to take any action that:

  • Conflicts with the public image, goodwill, or reputation of Homzmix.

Your Content

Platform Role and Buyer/Seller Relationship

The Platform is merely a communication channel between users for buying and selling goods. Homzmix does not sell or purchase goods and is not a party to any transaction. Homzmix does not guarantee transaction completion, refunds, or acceptance by either party.

Homzmix is not responsible for user content, actions, goods, or information displayed. Contracts of sale are strictly between buyer and seller. Homzmix has no ownership, rights, or obligations regarding goods sold.

Homzmix does not guarantee product quality, legality, safety, merchantability, or delivery. Users must agree on delivery and payment terms between themselves. Homzmix only provides optional shipping and payment facilitation services.

You release Homzmix and its officers from any claims arising from user actions.

Our Content and Materials

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform (including software and logos) belong to Homzmix or its licensors, excluding Your Content.

Your use of the Platform is limited and may not include commercial exploitation without written permission.

We do not endorse or verify third-party content, products, or services available on the Platform.

Mobile Terms

If you use the Homzmix mobile application, these Terms apply in addition to relevant privacy notices or license agreements.
